The club, seat by seat
The same structure as the chart, with the people who hold each seat. Four divisions, each led by a Head with its Team Directors; two functional areas that cut across them; and the presidency that keeps the whole thing pointing in one direction. Click a name to read that person's profile.

Direction, representation and coordination of the whole association.
The four divisions
Every member belongs to one. The Head sets the agenda, the Team Directors run the activity day by day, and the members shape the projects.

The two functional areas
Transversal to the divisions: they work for every member of the club.
What each seat does
Each of the four divisions is led by a Head. The Head defines the direction of the division for the year, decides which topics to cover, approves the calendar of activities and represents the division inside the board. They are the reference point for members who want to propose something and the person who makes sure the division keeps a coherent identity.
Under each Head sit the Team Directors. They are the operating engine of the division: they organise the events and the various activities, coordinate the members involved in each project, keep the timelines and work directly with the Events area for logistics and with the Content Area for communication.
Every division is made of its members, and each of them contributes in the way that best fits who they are and what they are interested in. A member can organise an event, work on content, prepare and lead a business case or a debate, or supervise any other project they consider useful and stimulating for their own growth and for that of the others. There is no single path: the division adapts to the people in it.
Alongside the divisions, the Events and the Content & Media functional areas work both autonomously and in deep collaboration with the members of the single divisions. The Events Area organises the events; the Content Area publicises them on our social channels and builds the club's voice. They are common to all divisions and therefore to all members.
How a project is born
The same path is open to every member, whatever their year or background.
A member proposes a case, a debate, a guest or a format to their Team Directors.
The Head validates the fit with the division's agenda and the project gets a small team.
Events turns it into a date, a room and a format. Content & Media gives it a voice.
The event happens, open or reserved, and goes back out to the community as content.
